Hi Blinks! We have put together a list of our Frequently Asked Questions to help you out. Please check out the answers below before contacting customer service. This FAQ will be regularly updated when more information is available.

GENERAL QUESTIONS

Is there an age limit for the concert?
There is no age limit for this concert. We do however advise fans under the age of 16 to visit the concert with an adult supervisor. Ultimately it is up to the parents / guardians to decide whether they give you permission to go to the concert (with or without guidance).

Is there a presale?
No, there is no presale for this event.

Will there be a second concert?
At this moment, there is no information available about a second concert. If there is a second concert, you can read about it on our Twitter and Facebook page and on our website.

Are there VIP tickets available?
Yes, there are two types of VIP tickets.

What time does Blackpink start?
The Blackpink concert starts at 8 pm. The concert will be about 2 hours. The doors of AFAS Live open at 6 pm. These times are subject to change. We will know more about the timetable closer to the concert date. As soon as we know more, we will post this information on our website.

Is there a supporting act?
No, there is no supporting act for this concert.

Is there merchandise available?
As soon as we have more information about merchandise, you can read it here.

Can I stay overnight in front of the venue?
On May 18 you are welcome during the day. It is not allowed to stay overnight in the AFAS Live area (ArenA area). You risk being sent away by the police if you do and you may receive a fine. So please don’t.

How does the queue work on the day of the concert?
You stand in line and wait for the doors to open: o) We expect fans to be mature enough to give each other the opportunity to go to the toilet and get back in line.

ORDERING TICKETS

Please note that VIP tickets for this concert will go on sale on Friday 9am. Regular tickets will go on sale a few days later on Tuesday at 9.

How can I order tickets?
You can buy tickets via ticketmaster.nl or you can order tickets by phone. You can reach the international call center via 0031 88 123 24 25 (only available when you live abroad)

How many tickets can I order?
You can order up to 4 tickets per (Ticketmaster) account.

We will be visiting the concert with over 4 people, how can we sit or stand next to each other?
It is not possible to order more than 4 tickets at once. We advise you to split up the group so that you can order tickets in groups. There is free choice of standing/seating in AFAS Live. This means that on the evening of the concert you can decide for yourself whether you prefer to stand or sit and where you stand or sit. There are no reserved seats.

Can I reserve tickets?
It is not possible to reserve tickets in advance. Tickets can only be paid immediately.

Can I also order seated tickets?
In AFAS Live there is free choice of placement, which means that you can decide for yourself on the night of the concert whether you prefer to stand or sit. You can therefore only order one ticket type. There are no reserved seats available.

What are the ticket prices?
The prices for this concert are:

Regular tickets € 166.88
These are tickets with free choice of placement (standing areas and a limited number of sitting areas)

Wheelchair tickets € 166.88
Are you in a wheelchair? With wheelchair tickets you can take a seat on the wheelchair platform. Are you bringing a supervisor who also wants to take a seat on the wheelchair platform? Then they should also be in possession of a wheelchair ticket.

Black VIP | €466,80
with a golden circle standing ticket, access to the VIP lounge and send-off event

Pink VIP | €316,80
with a golden circle standing ticket and access to exclusive artist soundcheck before the show


All ticket prices include service fees.

Can I select specific seats?
In AFAS Live there is free choice of placement, which means that you can decide for yourself on the night of the concert whether you prefer to stand or sit. You can only order one ticket type in regular ticket choices. There are no reserved seats.

Can I log in to multiple computers with one account?
Yes, you can log in to multiple computers with one account. However, you can only select and pay for tickets on one device, because there is a ticket limit per account.

Does it help to order with multiple computers or tabs at the same time?
No, that makes no difference. It is best to order on one computer, with one browser and one tab open. Otherwise you create an unnecessary long queue.

Can I order tickets with my mobile or tablet?
It is possible to order tickets on your mobile phone and tablet, but the internet on a mobile device is less stable than via a normal computer, which could cause you to miss out on tickets. We therefore recommend you to order tickets with a PC or laptop or to order via the call center at telephone number:

Are tickets personalized?
No, tickets won’t be checked by name at the entrance. It’s not an issue if the name of your parents or friend is on your ticket.

When will VIP tickets be on sale?
Please note that VIP tickets for this concert will go on sale on Friday 9am. Regular tickets will go on sale a few days later on Tuesday at 9.

When do I receive info on my VIP package?
You will receive an email with all VIP info from our partner Tuned Hospitality around 5 days before the concert. If you have any questions beforehand, you can contact them via info@tunedhospitality.nl.

DURING THE ONSALE

Why is there a queue?
By ordering tickets you are likely to enter a queue. The queue starts when there is too much traffic  on the website. Payment systems can only process so many orders per second. You will therefore be placed in an online queue so everyone queueing before you can complete their payment. That way everyone will have a fair chance to finish an order.

How do I get in the queue?
The queue automatically starts when the pressure on the Ticketmaster website increases. We cannot predict in advance what time a queue will start.

If there is no queue yet, you will be taken to the event page where you cannot order tickets yet because the sale has not started yet. You have to refresh the page at 9.00 am (with the refresh button or F5) to enter the queue.

Because the queue opens automatically when there is too much traffic on the website, you can enter the queue before 9.00 am. The order page does not open until 9.00 am. If you leave the queue before 9.00 am, you cannot order tickets yet and you will have to refresh the page again to get to the order page.

What should I do once I’m in the queue?
Nothing! When the queue has started, the 1st in the queue (regardless of what time the 1st was in the queue) is automatically forwarded to the order page when the sale starts. Keep in mind that the queue continues to 'run', you can check this by the circle on your screen. If you do not see anything happening then the page could be jammed due to a malfunction in the internet connection. In this case you have to refresh the page (with the refresh button or F5). You will now be put back in the same spot in the queue.

When is my order complete?
The tickets are yours when you have completed payment. This is when you have selected the amount of tickets you want to order, have retyped the security code (not always applicable) and see the page with the places selected for you. The tickets are reserved for you for 9.5 minutes and are really yours once you’ve completed the payment within 9.5 minutes. If the payment is not made within 9.5 minutes, the tickets will be released for other fans.

I have ordered and paid for tickets, but haven’t received a confirmation email yet. Has my order been successful?
Because it is very busy on the website during an onsale, it may take a little longer before you receive a confirmation email. If you haven’t received your e-tickets after a few hours or if you have questions about your order, we advise you to first log in to your Ticketmaster account with your login details (email address + personal password created during your order). Here you can view the status of your order. If you cannot find your order in your account, please contact Ticketmaster customer service.

When is the concert sold out?
If you have selected tickets on the order page and then see the message "Sorry! There are no tickets available”, there are no tickets available at that time. Chances are that there will still be tickets available, because everyone who has selected ticket has 9.5 minutes to complete the order. If orders are not finalized, these tickets will automatically be returned. Keep trying and reselect the number of tickets until you continue in the ordering process. If the tickets are completely sold out, there will be ‘uitverkocht’ on our website.
