On August 24th it’s time for Ariana Grande's show in Ziggo Dome, Amsterdam and you’re going to be there! We would like to inform you about the time schedule, transport to Ziggo Dome and some other information. Please read carefully and make sure you arrive at Ziggo Dome well-prepared. 

Official bags policy:

  • If it's not necessary to take a bag to the concert, we strongly advise you to not bring a bag
  • Every fan can bring maximum 1 bag to the concert
  • Bags must be 100% clear/transparent: plastic, vinyl or PVC
  • Bag cannot be larger than 30 x 15 x 30 cm (or 12" x 6" x 12")
  • Bags from the H&M Ariana Grande clothing line also need to meet the above requirements
  • It's not allowed to bring bags larger than the size indicated above into the Ziggo Dome. Lockers and wardrobe are not available for bags larger than this size.
  • The official Sweetener World Tour bags, for sale through, are allowed
  • Please note that your personal items must be loose in the clear bag and not put inside another bag like a purse, wristlet or clutch like show on this picture. 
  • From 11am there is the possibility to buy a clear bag at the merchandise in front of Ziggo Dome. Please note that the bag you had with you before purchasing a bag at the merchandise stand outside Ziggo Dome, can't go in with you because you can only bring one bag into the venue.

Please note: due to logistics of the production, the time schedule for the Ariana Grande show on Saturday August 24 has been changed. The show on Saturday now begins an hour earlier than previously announced through our social media. The time schedule for the 23rd and 24th of August is not the same. 


You are welcome during daytime on the square in front of Ziggo Dome on the 24th of August. It is not allowed to camp in the Ziggo Dome-area (ArenA-area). You might risk being fined and sent away by the police when you do.

Plan your trip:

By car: If you choose to drive to the venue, we advise you to leave on time and to enter the Ziggo Dome area via S112/Gooiseweg. You can use the signs to get to one of the parkings. Ziggo Dome is at the heart of Amsterdam Zuidoost, you can get here from highways A1, A2, A9 and A10. From all directions you can choose A2 to get to Amsterdam Zuidoost. Follow the signs to "ArenAPoort".

By public transport: There are two trainstations nearby the Ziggo Dome : Amsterdam Bijlmer ArenA and Duivendrecht. Both stations are within walking distance. Trains have connections to and from Schiphol airport, Utrecht Centraal, Ede-Wageningen, Arnhem, Nijmegen, Eindhoven, Gouda and Rotterdam. If you're travelling from directions Schiphol, Almere and Amersfoort, it's best to travel to Duivendrecht. From direction Utrecht you can take the train to Amsterdam Bijlmer ArenA.

Road works:

In the weekend of 23 (9pm), 24 and 25 August there are road works on the A2 in between Holendrecht and Leidsche Rijntunnel. When the Ariana Grande show is over on the 23rd and 24th of August, there will be less lanes available into the direction of Utrecht. For all latest information please check

Rail works:

There are rail works in the weekend of the Ariana Grande shows. During the rail works there are no trains running between Hilversum/Bussum-Zuid and Weesp. During a short period of time there are no trains between Weesp and Amsterdam Central / Amsterdam Zuid, Weesp and Almere/Amersfoort. On August 23 there are no to a very limited number of trains between Weesp and Amsterdam Centraal. Please check the NS (national railways) website for more information:
