On october 13th it’s time for BTS’s show in the Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam and you’re going to be there!

On the morning of october 13th you are welcome at the square in front of the Ziggo Dome. It is not allowed to stay overnight in the Ziggo Dome area. When you arrive earlier, you will be send away by the police and probably be fined.
Attention: the camera policy has been changed. The usage of photo– and/or recording devices is strictly forbidden during the show. These rules apply to consumer devices, professional devices and go-pro’s etc. The usage of mobile phones is allowed.
Please note that you can't take large bags to the concert. Only bags with a max size of A4 paper and 10cm deep are allowed. Please leave larger bags at home or at your hotel. There is no cloakroom and there are no lockers available for big bags.
Important notice: According to our house rules it's not allowed to bring lightstick to concerts, however for this show an exception is made and 'Official Army Bombs' are allowed.
How does the waitingline for merchandise work?
You can leave the queue area and go to the front of the Ziggo Dome to buy merchandise. We expect fans to be mature enough to give each other the opportunity to go to the merchandise or the toilet and get back in line. We do not operate a numbering or wristband system, but we kindly ask you to follow any instructions from our employees.
Where can I buy merchandise?
Merchandise will be sold at the square in front of the Ziggo Dome from 12 PM until 4:30 PM for BTS fans with ánd without concert ticket. For everyone with a ticket it is also possible to buy merchandise from 5 PM in Ziggo Dome itself.
Which merchandise articles can I buy and what are the prices?
Which merchandise articles will be available is not known yet. You can see this on the day of the show at the merchandise stands. The official Army Bomb light stick will be sold at the merchandise stands. The price is not known yet. You can see this on the day of the show at the merchandise stands.
To be able to participate with the Army Bomb, the official light sticks will be sold at the merchandise. The Information about ‘how to connect the light stick to your seat’ will soon appear on the social media channels of MOJO concerts.
Important notice: According to our house rules it's not allowed to bring light stick to concerts, however for the BTS show an exception is made and 'Official tour light sticks' are allowed.
If you choose to drive to the concert, we advise you to leave on time and to enter the Ziggo Dome area via S112/Gooiseweg. You can use the signs to get to one of the parkings. Ziggo Dome is at the heart of Amsterdam Zuidoost, you can get here from highways A1, A2, A9 and A10. From all directions you can choose A2 to get to Amsterdam Zuidoost. Follow the signs to "ArenAPoort".
Traffic congestion is expected
Because of multiple events taking place in the Ziggo Dome area it will be very busy and traffic congestion is expected. If you choose to drive to the concert, we advise you to leave on time.
Drop off & Pick up
There are several options for dropping off or picking up passengers at the Ziggo Dome. We recommend you use parking garage P1, P2, P3, P4 or P5 for passenger pickup and drop-off at the Ziggo Dome. Due to various events in the Arena area it can be crowded, keep in mind that the parking garages can be full. We advise to come early.
Important notice: It's not allowed to park/stop your car throughout the whole ArenA/Ziggo Dome area. Dropping off and picking up is only allowed in the Parking garages.
By public transport
There are two trainstations nearby the Ziggo Dome: Amsterdam Bijlmer ArenA and Duivendrecht. Both stations are within walking distance. Trains have connections to and from Schiphol airport, Utrecht Centraal, Ede-Wageningen, Arnhem, Nijmegen, Eindhoven, Gouda and Rotterdam. If you're travelling from directions Schiphol, Almere and Amersfoort, it's best to travel to Duivendrecht. From direction Utrecht you can take the train to Amsterdam Bijlmer ArenA.

Is there a minimum age for this concert?
Yes, there is a minimum age for the BTS concert. The minimum age for standing tickets and VIP tickets is 12 years. Every visitor under 16 must be accompanied by an adult who is 18 years or older.
Will there be an age check at the entrance?
Yes, there will be an age check at the entrance. Please make sure you have a valid i.d. with you. Make sure to Carry your ID with you (like always). When you are under the age of 16 your attendant needs to be with you as well.
How many young concertvisitors can one supervisor take along?
One adult can take along three younger concertvisitors.
