Why have not all three shows been rescheduled?

What are the new dates?
23 April is cancelled.
25 April is moved to 15 April
26 April is moved to 16 April
Do you have tickets for the concerts on April 25th or 26th? Then your tickets will remain valid for the new date. Have you bought tickets for the concert on April 23rd? Then the amount including service fees will be automatically transferred back to your account.
Can I change tickets for another date?
Unfortunately it's not possible to change tickets for the other show date. As we cannot offer you the same seats, chances are these are already occupied. If you cannot attend the concert, you can get a refund for your tickets. You can order tickets for the other show date on Friday March 22 at 10AM if you'd like.
I have tickets for the show on April 23 and I want to attend one of the other two shows. Is that still possible?
All ticket buyers of the cancelled show have received a special url which they can use to buy tickets for one of the 2 other shows in a special pre-sale.
Do I have to reprint my tickets?
You don’t have to reprint your tickets. Your current tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date.
How can I return my tickets and get my money back?
You can fill out the form on the Ticketmaster website. Have you bought tickets for the concert on April 23rd? Then the amount including servicefees will be automatically transferred back to your account.
My tickets have the old date on it. Is that a problem?
The same tickets remain valid for the rescheduled date, so it’s not a problem.
Do I receive a refund for the service charge?
Yes, we will refund the tickets including service charge.
When will I receive my money back?
We will do our utmost to transfer the money within five days
Is there a time schedule?
Not yet. We will share the time schedule on the Facebook event page and on the MOJO website as soon as we have it.
Will there be a support act?
Yes, as soon as we know who the support act will be we will announced this on our website, Facebook and Twitter.
I am traveling from abroad and have already made travel arrangements that are not refundable. Can I charge MOJO for these costs?
We are very sorry to hear that but unfortunately we can’t refund the costs you made, since the shows are rescheduled for reasons beyond our control.
I have bought tickets from someone else or a secondary ticket agency. I can't go to the concert, what can I do?
Only the original ticketbuyer can get a refund from Ticketmaster. We advise you to contact the person or agency that sold you the tickets.
I have bought tickets from someone else or a secondary ticket agency (like Viagogo or Ticketswap). I want to go to the concert on the rescheduled date, what can I do?
Tickets remain valid for the new date. The original ticketbuyer received an email from Ticketmaster on how he can get a refund. We advise you to contact the person or agency that sold you the tickets to be sure he didn't cancel the tickets.
