Transport
Heavy crowds are expected in the area around the Johan Cruijff ArenA, both before and after the show. We recommend planning your journey to and from the venue carefully, leaving home well in advance, and taking possible congestion and delays into account.
Transport | By public transport and train
Two train stations are located near the Johan Cruijff ArenA: Amsterdam Bijlmer ArenA and Duivendrecht. Both stations are within walking distance of the stadium. Intercity and Sprinter trains stop at these stations, with connections from cities including Schiphol, Utrecht Centraal, Ede Wageningen, Arnhem, Nijmegen, Eindhoven, Gouda and Rotterdam.
If you are travelling from Schiphol, Almere or Amersfoort, take the train to Duivendrecht station. If you are travelling from Utrecht Centraal, take the train to Amsterdam Bijlmer ArenA station.
Public transport operators advise using a debit card when checking in and out. This is the fastest option and helps improve flow at the gates. Please note that other cards, such as the City Pass or credit card, may not always work or can take longer to process.
Check the NS website for possible engineering works on your route. Plan your journey in advance using the NS journey planner on the NS website or in the NS app. Check the planner again shortly before departure for any last minute changes or delays.

Transport | Important! Adjusted train schedule from Bijlmer ArenA station, May 20–23
During the Harry Styles concerts on May 20, 22, and 23, there will be railway works around Amsterdam Bijlmer ArenA station. As a result, no trains will run from Amsterdam Bijlmer ArenA to Schiphol, Hoofddorp, or Leiden Central. The Sprinter service to Breukelen will also not operate.
Passengers traveling to Schiphol, Hoofddorp, or Leiden Central are advised to walk (approximately 15 minutes) to Duivendrecht station and take the train from there.
Trains to Amsterdam Central and Utrecht Central will continue to run from Amsterdam Bijlmer ArenA station.
Transport | By car and parking
If you are travelling by car, we recommend leaving well in advance. Enter the area via the S112 Gooiseweg. From there you will be directed to an available parking location. You can also use the Park and Ride network in Amsterdam such as Amsterdam RAI, Olympisch Stadion and Park and Ride Noord.

The Johan Cruijff ArenA is located in the heart of Amsterdam Zuidoost and the ArenAPoort area. The stadium is surrounded by the A1, A2, A9 and A10 motorways. Due to heavy traffic during events, we recommend arriving early and entering the area from the north east or south side where possible. Avoid exit 1 on the A2 motorway. Follow the signs for ARENAPOORT and the directions on the traffic signs. Pay attention to the electronic signs above the road and follow the instructions from traffic stewards.
Expect heavy traffic, additional travel time and congestion both before and after the concert. For information about road works on your route, visit vanAnaarBeter.nl.
Parking
Several parking providers operate in the area. Parking tickets can be reserved in advance through the following providers.

A limited number of parking tickets is available in the ArenA area. Book your parking ticket in advance to avoid disappointment.
Transport | Kiss & Ride (Drop off and pick up)
“Kiss all the time, ride occasionally?” You can! If you’re being dropped off or picked up at the Johan Cruijff ArenA, you can use the designated Kiss & Ride area at P2. This is the ideal spot for quick and safe drop-offs and pick-ups, helping traffic flow smoothly around the event.
A €2 fee applies when using the Kiss & Ride for pick-ups. Dropping off passengers is free of charge. Please note that stopping is prohibited throughout the entire ArenA area and this is actively enforced. It is therefore not permitted to stop elsewhere to drop off or pick up passengers.
Transport | Carpoolen via Slinger
Do you have empty seats in your car or are you looking for a ride? Travel to the concert with other fans through our partner Slinger. Carpooling is more enjoyable, more affordable and reduces emissions.
How does Slinger work?

- Choose "Offer a ride" or "Find a ride".
- Enter your departure details or search for an available ride from anywhere in the Netherlands.
- Confirm your ride or request by email.
- Once the ride is accepted, you have a match. Exchange contact details and agree on a pickup location and time.
- Travel together to the concert.
Transport | Accessible parking
Almost all parking facilities in the ArenA area are open to visitors with reduced mobility and offer a number of reserved accessible parking spaces. These parking spaces are available by reservation and upon presentation of a valid European Disability Parking Card. Parking tickets can also be purchased in advance through the Ticketmaster website.
Please note: Parking at P2 is not recommended. A pedestrian bridge between this parking facility and the Johan Cruijff ArenA is not accessible for wheelchair users.
Transport | Bicycle, scooter or motorcycle
You can park bicycles at the forecourt of Woonmall Villa ArenA and near Amsterdam Bijlmer ArenA station. The bicycle parking at the station is a self service facility and is open from fifteen minutes before the first train until fifteen minutes after the last train. During events you can park your bicycle or scooter here for a reduced fee of €2.
Motorcycles are advised to park on the pavement near P6.

Accessibility
Please note that due to fire safety regulations it is not permitted to use a wheelchair, rollator, mobility scooter or other medical aid on the field inside the Johan Cruijff ArenA.
If you are visiting with a wheelchair, rollator, mobility scooter or another medical aid, you are welcome to use one of the viewing platforms inside the Johan Cruijff ArenA. To access these platforms you must have a ticket for the EXTO seats.
Accessibility | Viewing platform
For all concerts at the Johan Cruijff ArenA special EXTO spaces are available on the viewing platform. If you visit the concert with a wheelchair and are accompanied by a companion, the companion must also have a ticket for this platform. Special EXTO tickets are available for this purpose.
For safety reasons and in accordance with permit regulations, two specific locations in the ArenA are available for wheelchair users. These are the viewing platform on the ground floor and a designated area on level six. Due to fire safety regulations it is not permitted to remain in a wheelchair in other locations, even if you have a valid ticket for one of the floor sections.
If you already have an EXTO ticket, your place on the viewing platform is guaranteed and no further request is required. Visitors with a regular standing or seated ticket who would like to exchange their ticket for a place on the viewing platform can submit a request through Livecrowd. Please note that spaces are limited and requests are handled based on availability. This means not all requests can be accommodated.

The Johan Cruijff ArenA has escalators at several entrances including main entrance E and entrances A, C, G, J and M.
Accessibility | Elevators
Visitors who use a wheelchair and have tickets for the seating tiers can access the stadium via Entrance H. At this entrance you can use the elevator and staff will guide you to a seat on the first tier on the south side of the stadium so you can comfortably enjoy the concert.
If you have reduced mobility and would also like to use the elevator, you can submit a request through Livecrowd.
Please note that there are a few steps between the elevator and the seating sections.
Accessibility | Audio description
We believe it is important that everyone can enjoy a concert at the Johan Cruijff ArenA, including visitors with a visual impairment. For this reason live audio description is available at all concerts in the ArenA. The service is provided in Dutch and for some concerts also in English, so you can follow everything that happens on stage in detail.
Accessibility | Breast pumping
Visitors who need to pump breast milk during their visit to the Johan Cruijff ArenA can use the facilities at the first aid posts.
Please note that medical emergencies always take priority in these areas. If the first aid post is in use at that moment, the medical team will work with you to find a suitable alternative.
House rules and policies | Bag policy
To ensure a smooth and safe experience during concerts at the Johan Cruijff ArenA, a bag policy applies. You may bring a small bag no larger than A4 size and no thicker than 10 cm. Larger bags and backpacks are not allowed inside the stadium. We recommend leaving them at home so you can enter the venue without delays and enjoy the concert.
House rules and policies | Medical crutches
Medical crutches are allowed inside the stadium. For safety reasons they may not be used on the floor. You can arrange with a steward to store your crutches or request an assigned seat.

We therefore recommend checking this information in advance and leaving prohibited items at home. This helps ensure a smooth entry for everyone.

For your safety and the safety of others, bringing a stool or folding chair to the event is not permitted.
House rules and policies | Bringing medication
Visitors who rely on medication may bring the required medicines into the stadium upon presentation of a medical certificate or medication report. This also includes any necessary medical supplies such as needles. If you have questions or need more information, Livecrowd will be happy to assist you.

The Johan Cruijff ArenA is a smoke free stadium. Smoking is therefore prohibited throughout the entire stadium. We kindly ask all visitors to respect this policy and not smoke inside the stadium.

The Johan Cruijff ArenA recycles your waste. It is simple. You can recognize the correct bin by the icons shown on them. Dispose of your plastic cup in the green cup bin and place all other waste in the grey general waste bin. We will take care of the rest.

Around the stadium | From what time can you arrive
Sleeping or camping in the public areas around the Johan Cruijff ArenA is not permitted. This rule is enforced and you may receive a fine if you do not comply.
On concert days you are welcome on the Johan Cruijff Boulevard from 09.00. The queue for the concert will not open before 09.00.
Around the stadium | Lockers and cloakroom
A limited number of lockers are available outside the Johan Cruijff ArenA for storing personal belongings for a fee.
- Lockerpoint ArenAPoort: Located to the right above the entrance of the Ziggo Dome.
- Lockerpoint ArenAPoort P5: Accessible via the pedestrian entrance of P5 next to the entrance of the Villa ArenA residential complex..
There are no lockers or cloakroom facilities inside the stadium. We recommend leaving bags larger than A4 size and umbrellas at home as these are not allowed inside the stadium.

Even if the concert has already started, you can still enter the stadium with a valid ticket. This way you will not miss any of the music.
Please note that once you leave the stadium, re entry is not possible. If you have questions or need assistance, please speak to the security staff at the entrances.

The Johan Cruijff ArenA is a cashless stadium. Inside the stadium you can only pay by debit card contactless or with Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, AMEX and V Pay.

At the Johan Cruijff ArenA there are plenty of food and drink options available.
- Catering Club en Eetsalon Snacks: Perfect for classic stadium snacks such as hamburgers, fries and croquettes.
- Mr. Long: For dishes with an Asian twist such as Vietnamese spring rolls, satay sandwiches, spicy chicken, gyoza or a mixed bucket.
- Kick's: Offers freshly prepared sandwiches ranging from pita to a meatball sandwich for visitors who prefer a more filling option.
- De Kiosk: Ideal for small snacks and sweet treats if you are looking for a quick bite.

Please note that bringing your own food or drinks into the stadium is not permitted. The only exception is a plastic bottle of water without a cap with a maximum size of 0.5 litres. If you bring other food or drinks with you, you will be asked to dispose of them in the bins available at the stadium entrances.

Official merchandise is sold at several stands inside and outside the gates of the Johan Cruijff ArenA. Inside the stadium you will find merchandise stands on the concourses and at the back of the field.

Earplugs are available for purchase at the Alpine hearing protection stands inside the stadium.
Around the stadium | Meeting point
During concerts at the Johan Cruijff ArenA a meeting point is available where parents and children can find each other. This meeting point is located opposite the entrance of the Ziggo Dome next to entrance D of the Johan Cruijff ArenA. Please consult the map for the exact location. A limited number of phone chargers are available at the meeting point where you can charge your phone.

Tickets & sales | How many tickets can I buy?
For these concerts, there is a ticket limit of a maximum of 8 tickets per show.
Please note: Do not order more tickets than the ticket limit allows. If you do, Ticketmaster may cancel one or all of your orders. This can apply to orders with the same email address, billing address, credit card number, and/or other details.

Tickets & Sales | How do I buy tickets for the viewing platform (EXTO platform)?
For visitors who use a wheelchair, a viewing platform (EXTO platform) is available at most events. A wheelchair/companion ticket is required to sit there.
How do I order such a ticket?
You can order these tickets online via Ticketmaster or by phone (0900 300 1250, 60 cpm). Online, click on ‘Find Tickets’ for the desired date.

You will see a seating chart > Click on the section with the wheelchair icon and select your seats > then follow the steps of the ordering process.

If no seating chart is available, select the desired number of wheelchair/companion tickets under “Choose your ticket.”
Can’t select wheelchair/companion tickets?
Follow these steps:

Choose the desired number of tickets under Regular, then click “Choose prices and sections.”

Select Wheelchair/companion ticket and go back.

You will now see wheelchair tickets under Prices and sections. Click Continue.

Complete the rest of the ordering process.
Important!
Each attendee needs their own ticket. So, a visitor in a wheelchair and their companion need two tickets. Because the number of seats on a wheelchair platform is limited, each wheelchair is allowed one companion on the EXTO platform.
Tickets & sales | Are VIP tickets available?
Various VIP tickets will be available for the concerts in Amsterdam. VIP tickets are sold through Ticketmaster.
General | Is there a minimum age to attend the concert?
No, there is no minimum age. For all concerts, we recommend an age of 16 years. We advise fans under 16 to attend with an adult companion.
Due to the crowded conditions on the floor, we recommend that fans under 12 purchase seated tickets.
All attendees, regardless of age, must have a valid ticket.
The ages mentioned above are advisory. Ultimately, it is up to parents or guardians to decide whether their children (with or without a companion) should attend a concert.
