Help us recycle
At Ziggo Dome cups are recycled using the plastic cup recycling system. Hand in your empty cup at the bar every time you get a new drink.
How does it work?
- Collect your recycle token when entering the Ziggo Dome.
- Exchange your token for a cup the first time you order a drink.
- Hand in your used cup the next time you order a drink. Did you lose your cup or are you not returning a cup? Then you have to pay a recycling fee of €1 per cup.
- Don’t want to get a new drink? Don't throw your cup on the ground or in the bin, but exchange it for a recycle token.
- Going home? Return your cup or recycle token at the bar. This way, they can be reused again and we help reduce our plastic waste together.
Cashless payment
Payments at the Ziggo Dome are entirely contactless and can be made using a debit or credit card. Maestro, V-Pay, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are all accepted.
Official merchandise
Official merchandise is sold inside the Ziggo Dome. The merchandise stand in the entrance hall is open during the day from 12:00 PM to 4:30 PM, and again from the time the doors open until after the show ends.
The Billie Eilish Reverb Eco-Action Village
A special “Billie Eilish Reverb Eco-Action Village” has been set up in the Ziggo Dome, where you can learn about ways to help combat climate change and protect the planet. More information can be found at billieeilish.com.
