Help us recycle
At Ziggo Dome cups are recycled using the plastic cup recycling system. Hand in your empty cup at the bar every time you get a new drink.
How does it work?
- Collect your recycle token when entering the Ziggo Dome.
- Exchange your token for a cup the first time you order a drink.
- Hand in your used cup the next time you order a drink. Did you lose your cup or are you not returning a cup? Then you have to pay a recycling fee of €1 per cup.
- Don’t want to get a new drink? Don't throw your cup on the ground or in the bin, but exchange it for a recycle token.
- Going home? Return your cup or recycle token at the bar. This way, they can be reused again and we help reduce our plastic waste together.
Cashless payment
Payments at the Ziggo Dome are entirely contactless and can be made using a debit or credit card. Maestro, V-Pay, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are all accepted.
Your tickets
Please note that this concert uses mobile tickets only. This means that the ticket(s) are directly linked to your Ticketmaster account and that your ticket(s) can only be scanned from the Ticketmaster app or website.
If your account contains tickets for more people, you must enter the venue at the same time. At the entrance, we will scan all tickets from your phone at the same time. If entering together is not possible, you can only transfer the tickets within your Ticketmaster Account via the Ticketmaster app or website. Find out how to do this here. You cannot use screenshots and the ticket cannot be printed.
