General Terms and Conditions for Prize Competitions

These terms and conditions apply to all promotional games of chance ("prize competition") organized by Mojo Concerts B.V. ("Mojo"). You can find these terms and conditions at www.mojo.nl/voorwaarden.

1.      Information

• For each prize competition, the following information will be provided on www.mojo.nl: 
  -    The name of the product, service, or organization being promoted;
  -    The period during which you can participate;
  -    How you can participate;
  -    Any communication costs, up to a maximum of €0.45 per participation;
  -    The number of prizes you can win, a description thereof, and their value;
  -    The number of draws;
  -    The date of the draw and the awarding of prizes;
  -    Any additional terms and conditions.
• If there are specific rules for a prize competition that deviate from these general terms and conditions, those specific rules will take precedence.

2.      Participants

• Participants under the age of 18 must have permission from their parent(s) or legal guardian(s).
• Employees of Mojo and third parties engaged by Mojo are not allowed to participate.
• The personal data you provide to Mojo will be processed in accordance with Mojo's privacy statement. Mojo may publish your name on their communication channels.

3.      Result

• Prize winners will be determined by drawing lots.
• Prize winners will be notified personally.
• Not all participants will be individually informed of the result.
• There will be no correspondence about the result.
• If a prize winner does not respond within a reasonable period, Mojo may appoint a new winner. The former winner can no longer claim the prize.

4.      Prize

• A prize is personal and is in the name of the winner and is not transferable.
• A prize is not exchangeable.
• If the prize is refused, the prize will be forfeited.
• A prize is awarded in the condition in which it is found. Mojo is not responsible for defects in the prize or damage during delivery.
• If a prize includes access to an event, the ticket terms and conditions of Mojo and the house rules of the venue apply. In the event of cancellation of the event, there is no compensation.
• Mojo will handle the declaration and withholding of any gambling tax, unless otherwise stated in the specific game terms and conditions.

5.      Exclusion and Liability

• Mojo may refuse entries that appear fraudulent or unlawful.
• Mojo is not obliged to award a prize if there is suspicion of the use of improper means.
• Mojo may terminate a prize competition prematurely and will announce this through the medium in which the prize competition took place.
• Mojo is not liable for damage resulting from participation in a prize competition, technical malfunctions, defects, or delays in participation or the determination of the winner.

6.      General Terms and Conditions

• The general game terms and conditions are drawn up in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Promotional Games of Chance [Gedragscode promotionele kansspelen].
• Mojo will not amend these terms and conditions to the detriment of the participants during the term of a prize competition.
• These terms and conditions and any agreement between Mojo and the participant are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be settled by the court in Amsterdam, unless the participant has indicated within one month after Mojo has invoked this provision in writing that they choose to have the dispute settled by the competent court according to the law.
